Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations: Every piece is made by hand, and production begins as soon as your order is confirmed. For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled once placed. We appreciate your understanding of handmade, made-to-order work.

Returns & exchanges: Because each piece is handmade to your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, colour preference, or size. Please review product details, dimensions, and colours carefully before ordering, and reach us on WhatsApp with any question before you place the order.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we will make it right. Contact us on WhatsApp at +91 9717278997 within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Clear photographs and a short video of the product

• Photographs of the outer packaging

• Your name, order number, and date of delivery

Requests raised after 48 hours, or without clear photographs, may not be eligible for review.

Resolution: Once we review your request, we will offer a suitable resolution — a replacement, a full refund, or store credit — depending on the item.

Refund timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

A note on handmade work: Each piece is made by hand. Small variations in colour, bead placement, and finish are natural to handmade work and are not considered defects. Damage from misuse, mishandling, or normal wear over time is not covered.
