Every Decor n More piece is made by hand, and most are made to order. Please read our timelines below before placing your order.

Processing time

• Ready-to-ship pieces: dispatched within 2–4 business days.

• Made-to-order and customised pieces: 3–6 weeks, confirmed on WhatsApp at the time of order.

• During festive season, processing may take a few days longer. Order early.

Delivery

• We ship across India via trusted courier partners.

• Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

• Tracking details are shared by WhatsApp or SMS once your order ships.

Shipping charges

• Calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order weight.

International orders

• We ship worldwide. International orders are currently arranged on request. Message us on WhatsApp at +91 9717278997 with your item, quantity, and delivery country, and we will share shipping cost and a payment link.

• Any customs duty, import tax, or clearance charge in the destination country is borne by the customer.

Address changes

• Address or contact changes are possible only before dispatch. Once shipped, re-delivery charges for an incorrect address are borne by the customer.

Delays

• We prepare each piece with care and ship on time wherever possible. Occasional delays from courier disruption, weather, customs, or festive volume are outside our control, and we appreciate your patience.

Damaged or lost in transit

• If your order arrives damaged, or is lost in transit, contact us on WhatsApp at +91 9717278997 within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and the outer packaging. We will review and arrange a resolution.
